Who Are We...?

We are a small, family run business based in Wedmore who have converted a Horse Box into our own Pizza Van. We are available for Pop-up Events and cook Fresh, Neapolitan Style Pizzas plus other delicious Italian Goodies

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality food made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We take pride in producing all of our food to the highest standard, ensuring that every bite is a delight. We are proud to partner with local companies such as Brue Valley Farm for their incredibly smooth Mozzarella, Buffalicious for amazing Buffalo Mozzarella & 'Nduja, and Pasture Meat & Co for their mouthwatering meats. A Crazy Italian who is passionate, fiery and makes incredible food.

BEN

Definitely the sous chef when it comes to cooking, except pizza, where he is The Boss ;)

ETHAN

The family mascot. Born in 2018, he has been keeping us busy ever since. Loves eating, but can't cook…yet.

PASTA & PIZZA

Whilst Fed has been making pasta for many years, we began producing it commercially from 2020 and have since experienced great success. We now offer frozen and vacuum sealed pasta to our customers, allowing them to store it for longer periods of time

Our pizza is made with a Neapolitan-style base and only four ingredients, ensuring that you receive nothing but the best. We then top it off with locally sourced ingredients such as Fior di Latte from Brue Valley Farm and Buffalo Mozzarella from Buffalicious, making sure that every bite is a party in your mouth.

Private Classes

Minimum 2 people | Nice and Cosy in your kitchen

I will come prepared with all the necessary materials for the lesson, including printed recipes for your reference. Together, we will create exquisite handmade filled pasta paired with a sumptuous sauce. Rest assured, I will ensure a thorough clean-up and maintain an organised kitchen before my departure.

Thursday and Friday AM preferable

Group Classes

Minimum 6 people | 3/4 hrs | Winscombe Community Centre

We will gather at the Community Centre at 9:30 am for a hot beverage and slice of cake. Our culinary exploration will begin as we craft delectable handmade pasta, flavourful fillings, and a tantalising sauce. I will ensure all the necessary materials are provided for the lesson, and you will have the pleasure of taking home your creations to share with your loved ones.
